The A/C work that was completed was excellent, and very reasonably priced. The staff is courteous and extremely professional. Upon returning home I discovered my horn was not working. Turns out the horn and condenser are close in proximity. I called and let Josh know and he had me bring it back. He found that one of the connections was rusted and disconnected. He replaced the connection at no charge. This is a top notch shop that I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Taylor Auto Air! I have a 2018 Buick Encore, and two other mechanics were unable to figure out why my air-conditioning pipes kept freezing up. Taylor Auto Air took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, take apart and clean all of the tubing, and finally discovered that the problem was the sensor. The original sensor was not fitting correctly, so it was not working properly. Because it was such an unusual issue, they had to think outside the box and found that a longer sensor made for a Chevy truck fit my car and solved the problem. The owner even made a two-hour round trip to Daytona Beach to pick up another sensor while trying to find the right solution. When the sensor later came loose, I brought the car back, and they readjusted and fixed it again at no charge. I truly appreciate their hard work, dedication, honesty, and determination to get the job done correctly. My AC now runs colder than ever! Taylor Auto Air clearly knows what they are doing, especially when it comes to difficult or unusual car AC problems. If your vehicle needs air-conditioning work, take it to them. They did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A quick on line search lead me to Taylor Auto Air, looked good, solid reviews across the board, minus the 1% always dissatisfied people. Got a quick appointment, so nice, it’s July. Within a few hours the car was done. It’s a wee Chevy Spark, and the cables needed adjusting. That was it. Just labor, no parts! Gotta thank the owner Matt for his work and an honest job done. Highly recommend the shop.

We were traveling through the area on vacation when the A/C suddenly stopped working in our truck — in extreme heat, of all times! We needed to be back on the road and were worried we might have a major repair on our hands. They got us looked at, figured out that the blower motor was the likely problem, and even showed us what we could do to hopefully keep it running until we can get the part replaced. Unfortunately, the part wouldn’t be available for a couple of days and we couldn’t stay that long, they were incredibly helpful and did not charge us for their time. We really appreciate their honesty, kindness and willingness to help travelers who were in a bind. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!
