Dillon did an excellent job taking care of my tankless water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough in checking the issue and explaining what needed to be done. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving, and I truly appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and respectful attitude. It’s not always easy to find someone who is both skilled and kind, but Dillon made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing help with their water heater. Great work and excellent customer service!
On time, efficient, kind, and respectful. From their office team to their field managers to the technicians, their team is exceptional. We have had some urgent issues come up this summer and they were prompt, reliable, and thorough. Their guys stayed last night to 930pm to finish a job to make sure that my kids had a comfortable house to wake up to. Can't think of many companies out there who would take on that sort of job.
Great company, very responsive, came on time and did a great job. Dillon was the best! He was determined to find the source of our problem and didn't stop until he not only found it but corrected it. Well-priced and great service. We will use them again when we need their services.
Jacob arrived as scheduled to flush tankless water heater. Jacob was very professional & worked w/ me to sign up for annual contract for the care of my tankless water heater. Yesterday, Jacob also replaced an outdoor spigot as the hose was stuck & unable to remove. All great care!! Thank you, Jacob!
Dillon did a very good job & thorough cleanup. Polite & courteous. I asked for a senior or military discount & he gave us 10% off. Thanks.
