We stayed at one of their townhomes for nearly 3 years because the rent is very reasonable for being so close to the beach and the staff is incredible! Lots of great places to eat in the immediate area, a brewery within walking distance of the complex, and even more shops and restaurants a few minutes down the road in Neptune beach. The layouts and interiors for the townhomes are beautiful, and we never had any major maintenance issues. The minor issues we had, mostly of our own doing, were resolved promptly by maintenance. I cannot stress enough how incredible the staff is there. Svenja and Jasmine are amazing and have built a great team over there. We always felt well supported and taken care of. The only reason we moved was because a new job gave me a very long commute, and we were ready to move into a house. 10/10 customer service. This is by far the best apartment complex I've ever stayed at.
We just moved into surf and couldn’t be happier. Move in process was a breeze and the staff is super friendly! We moved in just in time for the pool party it was so much fun!
Svenja, Jasmine, and Sarah are so helpful! Surf is the best place to live on Mayport. This is such a close place to the beach. They throw the best resident events and have the best vibes. The apartment I moved into has such a great layout. If you're looking for a community that cares about their residents, this is the best place to be.
Nice place, staff is very accommodating, friendly and also knowledgeable. The community is very comfortable and welcoming. Layouts of apartments is very spacious (which I love!) and the newly renovated interior is very nice! Gym & pool is lovelyy lol and so much to do in surrounding area!
I really enjoyed the 16 months I stayed here. I would've renewed my lease if I wasn't trying to put more towards my savings. It's a great property that is well taken care of. Quiet neighborhood with the perfect location, and the pricing is pretty fair for everything it provided. Definitely the first complex that I stayed at since I moved to Jacksonville that truly made it feel like home!
