From concept to delivery Brett was all about keeping in touch and checking if we were ready to make the purchase of four 23 passenger shuttles. Brett would send friendly emails to stay connected and never was a high pressure sales person. During the long 24 month process, Brett was always patient and understood our governmental approval process took a longer than expected. Moto Electric delivered a well appointed product with every detail considered...and Brett double checked the details so each shuttle was wrapped, wired and loaded with the accessories as specified. We are very pleased with the product and the service. We are hopeful the units will operate successfully for the long term and be the preferred option in the canyon for the future.
I tend to research everything, especially bigger purchases before buying. They gave us a high quality cart for a great price. They will build to your needs. Could not be happier! For the process, everything went as smooth as possible. They took care of everything. They registered it at the DMV for us and set us up with an insurance agent which was a huge help and saved us lots of $$$$. We’ve recommended Moto Electric to all our friends and family.
Just had our 4th Electric vehicle delivered from Moto Electric and as always pure perfection! Brett is awesome to work with! He knows these carts inside and out! And Krystal their client coordinator, is the bomb!!!! She makes the whole process seamless! We work our carts hard in a high density tourist area and these carts are beasts!!
What a great experience! Brett is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He gave us the grand tour. He thoroughly explained their process and gave us all the details on their carts and showed us some of their carts they were working on. We were impressed. They make a great quality product at a great price. We settled on the MotoEv 4 Passenger (Back to Back) Highriser-Lifted Street Legal Golf Cart. We are very happy with it. Definitely an amazing cart. We get a lot of looks and compliments. Thanks Brett for a great cart and experience. Thank you Krystal for handling our paperwork and making it a smooth process. Great friendly customer service from start to finish. Definitly would reccomend.
Brett and Krystal were excellent to work with throughout the purchase process! The cart exceeded my expectations and our associates love it. If you're looking for an electric vehicle for patient transport, look no further as they have you covered!
