I've been going here for years with my family and have always had great experiences with the staff, and we greatly support the cause. I used to rate them 5 stars. However for some reason they've really gone crazy with much of their pricing on many items (mostly furniture and some art). Clothing prices are reasonable. We use to come here weekly and could find great deals, but now they will list items for hundreds of dollars. I heard (but can't say for sure) people were buying furniture here cheap then reselling on marketplace, but I'm not certain. Either way, it used to be something we looked forward to each week, and we were constantly recommending them to people. Nowadays we've stopped going. We've been twice in the past year because we can simply find better condition furniture at much lower prices in other stores or elsewhere. No complaints on staff as they've always been pleasant and polite.
The store is large and diverse. The prices are excellent! It has everything your heart desires. If you dig around well, you can find brands in clothing for a minimum price and dishes with a label, as well as furniture, household appliances and jewelry. In my opinion, it is necessary to tidy up the shelves of dishes or expand the space for them, because it looks like a dump, you risk breaking something and it is very difficult to choose, you can’t see anything. But if you apply patience and diligence, and most importantly, attentiveness, you can find your “treasure”. The parking lot is huge, there is enough space for everyone. The store has a restroom, which is very important if you spend a lot of time here searching. Fitting rooms are available. The service staff is attentive. A great way to spend time shopping.
A nice store that has a little bit of everything. Gives off small town country store and whoever donates here id like to find out where they live. Bought an iPhone case here.
Used to be fantastic for finding affordable used items. This past year they have changed their model and prices have tripled and more compared to same items we purchased 2 years ago. Less selection as well and shelves seem to be over curated. Old treadmill over 20 years old priced at 74.99, table and chair set listed at 500. It's cheaper to shop at goodwill. Sad because we loved the cause but unfortunately will be looking for a new place to donate our items.
I’ve been shopping here for years. My review does not reflect on how I feel about the employees. I think they are all kind and awesome. My review has to do with the pricing lately. Whoever has been pricing items the past month or so, has lost their mind. No one is going into the thrift store to spend $400 on a dresser. Single nightstands for $60-$70 is crazy. PARTICLE BOARD side tables for $30 is criminal. If you haven’t noticed, everything has continued to sit and not sell because it’s so overpriced. The price tags have had their prices reduced so many times, there’s no space left on the tag. And they still aren’t selling because even with the price being reduced, it’s still too high !! Just because you take a picture and pop it into google image search and it comes back with X amount, does not mean that’s what you should be pricing your pieces at.
