Alpha Foundations Repair Jacksonville

Alpha foundations saved our home. Gentleman named Donny took about 3 visits out to our home for various quotes and was very patient every time. By the time we pulled the trigger on a big foundation repair, Donald, Tori and Corey showed up. I could tell this was the A team. Super professional and hard working guys. We ended up with a total of 9 helical piers and the entire house crawl space supported by their jack system. They were extremely professional and even got the work done a day early. I took the days off from my work to be around and be a “fly on the wall” behind their shoulder. They were totally okay with this and gave me a play by play as they worked. They secured the houses foundation and the home feels so much more stable. Now we can work on ei downs and roof for our historic home! Thanks to you gentlemen, much respect and I’d recommend you guys in the future.

I just had my driveway cracks lifted back in place by Alpha, so that there is no longer a tripping hazard in my driveway. Brandon and Nick did a very great job. Before starting the job they explained everything and answered all my questions. They were both very polite and easy to talk to. I would recommend Alpha.

I recently had Alpha Foundations complete foundation work on my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, organized, and transparent. A special thank you to Foreman Lane and his crew, Will and Cam. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and communication throughout the project were outstanding. Lane did an excellent job explaining the work being performed, answering questions, and ensuring everything was completed to a high standard. Will and Cam were hardworking, courteous, and took great pride in their work. The team arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and treated my property with respect. It’s clear that Alpha Foundations invests in quality people who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for foundation repair work done right, I highly recommend Alpha Foundations, and especially Lane, Will, and Cam. They exceeded my expectations and gave me confidence that my home is in great hands.

Alpha Foundations was AMAZING from the first consultation to the final day of my project. Michael Johnson was beyond professional, polite and talked us through the stressful estimate and inspection process, and FULLY prepared us for what we needed. Once the crew arrived they continued the professionalism, cleaned up daily, respectful of our property, even cleaned up our outside restroom faciliteis after project was complete. These guys worked 12 hour days in pouring down rain and completed a HUGE project on time. We have 3 large dogs and they went out of their way to accomodate us.. **Cam and Ryan deserve a raise for what they endured in the 6 days of 12 hour days under our house!! I cannot convey in words just how GREAT this company is from the top down they are professional. MUCH appreciated and worth every penny..our house is saved..thank you ALL!! (Ryan, Cam, Michael-i truly hope the management may read this review and understand how huge of an asset you all are to them!$!$$) THANK YOU!! -Jennifer, J.R., and the doberman crew way out in Callahan, FL!
