  Your boss will preach to you about how good this company is, tell you how they had to take time off for thier kid and they had the whole week paid for with out using thier PTO and then when I use for days of PTO to take a trip for my daughter's first birthday I get let go. Apparently your PTO is only for days where you get rained out and not to actually spend time with your family. This is a repeated pattern with this company as a coworker was let go after his vaction as well. They also don't want you to have a lunch break. I was told when I hired on that lunch was from 11:45 to 12:20. I would often get docked a full hour of pay for being late from lunch if I wasnt working again by 12. They also sent me to Jacksonville for two weeks of training and I didnt get any per deim while I was there. It wasn't until the week I got home did I actually get paid and that was only after contacting payroll to get it right. I do not recommend working for this company at all
