Recently hired Southern Construction Concepts to remodel my kitchen/dining room. From beginning to end communication, responsiveness was professional and clear. Always navigated with ease any challenges, layout changes, etc. that came about. craftsmanship was outstanding and they finished before agreed upon timeline and discussed budget and any changes to it with me at any time. I highly recommend southern construction concepts to anyone looking for a reliable high-quality company.
Just over a year ago, our home was completely destroyed in a fire, leaving us uncertain about the future. Thankfully, September brought a new beginning, and now we get to enjoy this beautiful new home! Thanks to USAA and Southern Construction Concepts, we were in good hands. Gerald, Cody, and Garrett took every concern seriously from the start, even arranging power for my bus during the rebuild. Their teamwork was impressive, and their dedication to quality was evident throughout. I'm grateful for their help and highly endorse Southern Construction Concepts. Not only do I have an amazing home, but I also feel part of a family. 🙏❤️
I’ve lived here in Florida for 20 years and ever since I built my house, I have always wanted to put a pool in. I’m very happy I waited that long because I went with southern construction concepts and they did above and beyond an amazing job. I had people in my neighborhood come by and look at the progress of the pool and said that pools they had put in years ago were never done as well as what they were seeing being done at my house. I’m so very grateful that they were my choice for putting a pool in. They showed up every day and never stopped until it was completed. I would highly recommend using this company if you wanna make your backyard a beautiful oasis.
We are BEYOND excited about our new home. The Bishops exceeded all expectations when we walked into the finished home. Garrett was great walking us through the process and setting up timelines and selection sheets. Cody was a fantastic site manager. Answering all questions and easing any concerns we ay have had. Southern Construction Concepts builds a BEAUTIFUL product. From beginning to end, they made it smooth and stress free. We refer them out to any and all looking for a custom builder. We can't thank them enough for our gorgeous home.
We worked with Garrett Bishop through the entire Process, a fine young man that we liked and trusted the very moment we met. We can’t say enough how much we love our home, I tell everyone & invite people over and give them a tour. I give SCC & Garrett’s contact info out to potential leads and hopefully the next homebuyers at least a couple of times a week. Ty Silcox, the team of craftsman of all the trades that build these homes are all amazing & professionals! We appreciate everyone so much and especially our friend Garrett! Once again Thank you!!
