Best Vet and staff! Dr. Johnson, Lindsey, and the office have been taking excellent care of all three of my current fur babies(2 dogs and a cat) for many years. One of our dogs got very sick with a benign tumor in his spleen, and Dr. Johnson saved his life (literally), by successfully removing the tumor. Post surgery he wouldn’t eat and was knocking on death’s door. I was getting ready to prepare my children for the inevitable, but Dr. Johnson provided us with some amazing suggestions to get him to start eating again. Almost one year later he is still providing our family with love as a healthy dog who still still thinks he’s a pup. So thankful for this vet office and top notch care they provide to all of our pets!!
I felt like Dr. Johnson genuinely cared for my pets and she took the time to get to know them. She gets right down with them at their level and both of my dogs responded well and with little anxiety (which one had). You can tell she loves what she does and my dogs felt those vibes. Her business has good feels as soon as you walk in. I also liked that she follows up quickly. Very nice!
I had to make the incredibly difficult call to Sunrise Vets to schedule an in-home euthanasia for my black lab who had cancer. Dr. Dawson and Lindsey arrived promptly and walked me through the entire process before putting my buddy to sleep. I had been through this before but it had been many years. They were both compassionate and professional and made an incredibly difficult day as peaceful as it possibly could have been. Seven was able to be comfortable at home surrounded by the people who loved him. I’m grateful to Dr. Dawson and Lindsey for the care and compassion they showed Seven and our family during his final moments. I would highly recommend Sunrise Vets to anyone facing this difficult decision.
I have to say that my with Sunrise Vet… was one of a kind. They are the most kind, compassionate, honest, veterinarian office that I’ve ever had the pleasure of walking into. Extremely difficult time this morning, having to put our cat down, in a whirlwind of events. Lauren at the front desk, the Doc, and the vet tech were nothing short of amazing. Doc was very upfront and honest with me, which is more than I can say for any other veterinarian in the area. Treat First ask questions later is what you normally get around these parts. Not at Sunrise Vet… if I ever have a pet again I will def use them. Highly, highly recommended! Thank you Sunrise for today!!
LOVE this practice! Lauren is always so kind and empathetic. Met Dr. Dawson for the first time. Liked her very much. Took time with me- explained all so thoroughly- very patient. Highly recommend.
