Palm Valley Veterinary Center

I cannot rave enough about my experience at this vet. I have never been to a vet that treated me and my animal with so much care and consideration. I am newer to the area and had taken my 13 year old pup in to another vet to get his teeth checked out. He is a chihuahua mix and I knew with his age it was inevitable he would need more teeth removed. The previous office, without even looking at his teeth, quoted me $3600-$4200 to remove all of his teeth. They said with his age just removing them all was best, but he has had teeth removed before and I only paid 1200 so, that quote felt cruel and like highway robbery. He loves ball and is very healthy so making him live the rest of his life with no teeth didn't feel humane. Financially, I could never afford that right now either. I posted in a Jax pet group and everyone screamed Palm Valley. I was waiting to schedule him until after a trip I had planned when he suddenly over two days started to seem like he was in pain and I knew I could not wait any longer. I called them and without a second thought they squeezed him in next day. Everyone in the office was kind and loving towards him. I was a wreck all day but they called and let me know what was going on and how he was doing. I picked him up and he looked amazing for just having 7 teeth removed. Then the bill was only 960 bucks and I swear I almost cried at the receptionist desk. You can tell their surgeons treat the animals with so much care because he is healing SO well and much easier than the last time he got work done. This office really cares and I cannot thank them enough for treating my boy like he was their own. On a personal note, this dog was my husbands dog and he passed away in 2017. This little dog means the world to me and in case the people in this office do not hear it enough, what you do and how you do it means SO much. I could not be more grateful to Palm Valley, keep doing what you're doing you guys.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Palm Valley Vet. We’ve been seeing Dr. Wolfe, and she has taken such incredible care of our dog, Shadow. She takes the time to explain everything in detail and thoroughly reviews labs and x-rays so we fully understand what’s going on and how to care for our fur baby at home. We moved here about 6 months ago and had a hard time finding a good vet. Then I was fortunate to meet Dr. Wolfe. I can’t say enough good things about her and everyone at Palm Valley Veterinary. They have taken such good care of our 11 year old Boxer who is now 12. She has congestive heart failure and without their guidance and care I don’t know what I would have done. If you are looking for a vet that will treat your dog like family then look no further. Palm Valley Veterinary has been such a blessing for our sweet Roxy.

My sweet, newly adopted dog, Penelope came in for her first visit today and we were very pleased with the office and entire staff. She was very nervous but the staff took such good care of her and she really relaxed a lot. Thank you so much for being so very kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend!
