Been to many tanning spas, never have I been to one that doesn't have a garbage can in each room. A bonus, would be wipes for your hands after applying lotion, and a mirror, which many tanning salons have to fix your hair and makeup afterwards. There is a towel, but if you use that before to wipe your hands, what do you use after to wipe your body if needed? The beds although I do like them, but they need to be cleaned, there are hairs flying around stuck on the beds and dirt in the corners. There are bulbs out on some beds and fans that don't work, apparently they're aware of but don't care. The entrance to this place is awful, you walk in and the line is right in front of your face with no room to stand unless you move to side, in which case if someone else walks in then you're basically out of line. Unfortunately my favorite tanning place no longer exists and this is somewhat convenient. Some TLC, attention to detail and better customer service, could make this an excellent tanning salon.
Beds are ALWAYS dirty. I have to wipe them down myself before tanning. This is my third visit with the same issue. The girls that work here are extremely kind when walking in. And helpful with picking lotion. But I can’t get past the hygiene issue.
I went inside your business on Thursday to see what kind of services Sundays had to offer. Ms Lindsey showed me around and explained all the different rooms and all the different services that you provided. She was very professional and gave me great customer service. Thank you so much Lindsey.
I LOVE this place! The staff are so knowledgeable and just genuinely nice people. The place stays super clean! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!
I got a spray tan today for an event that I’m attending tomorrow. My tan is very streaky and uneven. When speaking to the two girls at the front desk, one of which is the manager, she told me “it just looks like you didn’t pose right”. This is not my first time tanning, and I’m very clear on how to pose seeing as the poster is right in the room. So I asked is this an “oh well situation?” She said “yeah, pretty much”. Horrible costumer service. Avoid this location at all cost.
