Summer was excellent! She really understood what we were looking for while helping us navigate the housing market. She was also open to new ideas and concepts that was also budget friendly. She’s extremely patient and flexible as we did the majority of our house hunt remotely 1000 miles away. We ended up finding the perfect home for us and couldn’t have done it without summer and her connections.

Summer is top notch when it comes to selling homes, She has all the best recommendations and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in place. Her recommendations are precise and ensure you get the best price for your home, I followed her advise and got under contract in the first weekend. Definitely recommend and trust!

Working with Summer was truly one of the best decisions we made during our home buying process in Florida. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in her clients. From the very beginning, she made us feel informed and confident in every step we were taking. She successfully negotiated a better price for us and was extremely detailed when it came to inspection issues. Her follow up was thorough and proactive, and she made sure that every concern was addressed properly. We always felt like she was advocating for us and protecting our best interests. What really stood out was the extra effort she consistently put in. She took the time to do additional research on things we were interested in pursuing and provided excellent vendor recommendations that made the entire process smoother and less stressful. Her knowledge and resourcefulness were invaluable, especially as we navigated the complexities involved in our purchase. Throughout the entire experience, she was responsive, smart, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We never felt rushed or pressured, only supported and well advised. If you are looking for an agent who is sharp, thorough, and truly committed to her clients, I cannot recommend Summer highly enough. We would absolutely work with her again. 10 +++
