My account was paid and up-to-date. I went there to access my unit today find out all of my stuff has been thrown away tools, sentimental family, pictures gone. All they told me was that they tried to call me one time I didn’t answer so they called “some guy” to come clean out the unit. Also I have no way to get any of my property back. How is this even legal? I will go out of my way to tell everyone to avoid this business.
December 12th 2025 I went to clean out my unit to move to another state and discovered my unit had water/roach damage! I IMMEDIATELY contacted the office and was told to video and picture everything damaged and come up with a total! I had almost $2,000 worth of items completely ruined including brand new items I never got to use for my newborn at the time! They were very quick and polite AT FIRST but here we are now April 9th 2026 and still have not received the “$500” maximum amount I can receive for the damage caused. I have emailed them countless times after being told it would take 45 days max to hear something back after I filled out the form 3 times. They emailed me a week ago to refill out the form and separate the water damaged items from the roach damage even though they have been told countless times including in the forms previously filled out that it was 1 box with water AND roach damage. The entire box was damaged equally from the water and roaches!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE PLACE AT ALL!!! There communication and care for your property is not even a thought to them. And that’s not the only incident we’ve had with them my review is just long enough 🤣I have more pictures and the videos are even worse but for some reason it’s not letting me post them!

Been renting a storage in here first all my property get damaged by rats infectation.I have insurance first was covering 5,000 then they change to 2,000 and now is $500 the said the change administrator but they never send notifications about so I lost all my things my bedroom set mattress, sentimental valuable new clothes,shoes a wedding dress that coast me 2,000 and,2 tv went to look for my lease I can't either find because the block me in my login.They are a really scam .I no hat rats in my house that the storage fault for no do they job scam scam scam never rent here.Now the insurance no cover for rats Really what a game they have is a few others review that related to my situation.Plus look like someone look Tru the things because everything was really nice and then all disorganized.No rent here .
