ALL of the drivers were EXCEPTIONAL, Professional and very friendly. The Box was perfect. I ended up with the wooden box which had no bearing on keeping my property safe from Seattle to Jacksonville. The Box arrived in Florida a week before promised, however (the only complaint) I never received a message that it was in the destination location.
Highly recommend UHaul Uboxes, from the very start everyone I spoke with was very helpful. The whole process had to be one of the best moving experiences I have had. I used 2 boxes and I watched YouTube videos on how to properly load. My move was 1500 miles away and nothing was damaged!
