I can't say enough about this place. In March, I was in a car accident that caused $11,500 worth of damage to my car. I live in Connecticut and had driven the car to Florida for spring break. Luckily, I was two miles away from Stevenson Collision Center; I drove there to have my car fixed through the at-fault driver's insurance. Insurance went back and forth about totaling the car for some time, and Joey was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He kept me posted every step of the way, and made sure I was happy. Becky was always helpful as well. Once insurance made up its mind, Stevenson got to work immediately and turned my car around. I just flew to Florida to pick it up and, as I write this review, I have driven my fixed car more than 500 miles on its way home. I dare say it's running better than it did before the guy slammed into me. I couldn't be happier. If you're lucky enough to need service in the Yulee/Jacksonville area, I recommend you come here. My car looks absolutely fantastic and they even cleaned it out for me, too. I am VERY grateful.
Stevenson's was highly recommended by an auto shop that handles the maintenance on my car. When stopped at a light I was rear-ended which caused a fender bender. The driver stepped up calling the police and giving all the information for her insurance. Stevenson's took it from there. This company is so client centered. They helped work through the insurance application and arranged the rental. My car was returned in perfect condition, even immaculately cleaned inside and out.
Becky, Joey, Brian and the crew did an amazing job and got my truck back to looking brand new! Thank you guys so much!
Just had my ram 1500 done they did a great job everything looks brand new
Phenomenal experience. My vehicle was hit while parked and my first thought was "ugh. I don't want to deal with getting this fixed!" Stevenson and Allstate made the process completely painless and quick. I have unfortunately visited several collision centers over the past few decades and always left with a dissatisfied feeling because my car just didn't look the same any more. That was NOT the case here. It looks brand new! It's clear they have attention to detail. The whole process was quick - even having Enterprise pick me up from the Collision Center. They are all extremely professional and empathetic. The lady at the front desk is exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend them!
