Dr Milne has been unresponsive to phone calls requesting her client and his treatment plan. Provided a psychological opinion that is fraught with errors, HIPA violations and factual errors. Taking this situation to the licensing board.
Thankfully I was referred by a friend. Dr. Milne is the best! Highly recommended!!!
