Absolutely wonderful condo with perfect location! Steps to the pool and amazing pool and beach view from this unit. Enjoyed morning sunrises and beautiful grounds from the porch each morning. The condo was very clean and very well furnished - lots of space and comfy beds. While there are a LOT of stairs to get to your unit (elevator is not helpful due to where it actually stops) as well as a lot of steps around the Shipwatch community and to the actual beach, it was 100% worth it (even for my 77 year old mom) Beach was beautiful and not crowded AT ALL. We rented a golf cart, but if you have a car, this would not be of any benefit - save your money. Also, do not recommend bringing a rolling cooler due to all of the stairs to get to the pool and beach (but a backpack cooler is perfect). The grilling section is fantastic, but just note that you need charcoal. Pool layout is perfect - lots of full sun areas, perimeter seating around pool to cool off and plenty of covered deck area and umbrellas on pool deck to escape the sun. Would definitely recommend!!
This is our second time booking with stay better vacations. We stayed in Amelia Landings 4D and had a wonderful experience! The condo was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we felt right at home. The kitchen was very well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and parking was convenient and hassle-free. One of our favorite features was the screened porch overlooking the pond. We enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings and evenings, and even spotted rabbits and an owl during our stay! The location was excellent, just a short trip to the beach, with a pool on-site that our kids absolutely loved. The community was quiet, well maintained, and close to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay!
We had an amazing time! The units were very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. We love the decor! Most importantly, it had everything we needed and it was very clean! The short walk to the beach was awesome! We loved walking to Salt Life for dinner for great food and music!
Beautiful condo. Very nice renovations. Comfy beds. Ocean view and a nice balcony. Just a couple of suggestions: the kitchen needs a sheet pan or two, more forks, spoons and knifes, a couple of platters for serving to a group of people. The bathrooms need bath mats! I would definitely rent this condo again.
The house was absolutely perfect for our family! We loved the location and how easy it was to walk right onto the beach—just steps from the back door. It was so convenient and made enjoying the beach with our family a breeze. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!
