On 04-24-2025, I called real estate listing agent, Sheryl Nelson Group with STA Realty of St. Augustinre because I was interested in her listing of 157 Islander rd in Satsuma, FL. I Left her a message saying I had a couple of questions. She called me while I was busy with a customer at 15:04 hr. When I finished with my customer, I called her back, asked her if there were mobile homes on the property pics that said items were moved. She said they were storage containers and then, as I started asking a next question she hung up on me. That was VERY RUDE! I called right back and it went to her voice mail so I left her a message saying she was very rude to just disconnect the call while I was in the middle of my next question sentence. I texted her, told her she was VERY RUDE, the I would nerver do any business with such a RUDE PERSON and that I had blocked her number . Imo, people like her should find another line of work. Attached are copies of her business card that she sent me.
Damon is a great agent who fiercely advocated on my behalf as a seller. In addition to being responsive 24/7 and an excellent person to work with, he went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company!
