I have known Barbara for many years and we have done six transactions over the years. Barbara knows the real estate market and can effectively price and market a property. She is personable and a great communicator. She knows this area very well having lived in the area for many years. A professional she can anticipate any complication and provide a successful resolution.
Me and my wife worked with Barbara to find our dream home. Being new to the area and renting for a year, we now have the perfect house in an amazing location. Barbara is responsive, proactive and really knows the local real estate market.
I would like to thank and recognize Barbara Jenness for an excellent and professional job. Our family had the opportunity to have Barbara represent us for the second time. First purchasing a property and now selling a property. We the Santiago family recommend her, without any reservations.
Barbara, was absolutely amazing. She went well above and beyond on so many occasions. We will use her services again in the future.
Barbara Jenness is The Best Realtor we have ever had (and we have had quite a few). She is very professional, very knowledgeable and on top of her job! We would recommend her highly to anyone needing an Awesome Realtor in St Augustine.
