I can’t recommend Bobby Appleby highly enough. Bobby was my realtor when I first moved to St. Augustine in 2019 and he made such a positive impression that when it came time to sell my home, I was hoping I could work with him again. Fortunately, after starting his own agency, he was available to represent me. Bobby is down-to-earth, trustworthy, and always tells it like it is. He is responsive, easy to work with, and has a great sense of humor that makes even the most stressful parts of buying or selling a home much easier to navigate. The current St. Augustine market has been challenging, but Bobby and I rode the wave together. We were always on the same page, and I appreciated how realistic, collaborative, and supportive he was throughout the entire process. He provided honest guidance, listened to my concerns, and helped me make informed decisions every step of the way. If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about his clients and brings both expertise and integrity to the table, Bobby is the person to call. I am incredibly grateful for his help and would recommend him without hesitation.
