The office is exceptionally clean, modern, and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment from start to finish. One thing that really impressed me was the personal touch. My family and I have been patients of Nocatee Smile Company since they first opened, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. Conveniently located in Nocatee Town Center, right behind Publix and the daycare, the office is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. From the front desk to the clinical staff, everyone is welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cares about making each visit a positive experience. Dr. Awad and Dr. Labib are outstanding. They are professional, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain everything clearly. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient care make you feel comfortable and confident that you’re receiving the best treatment possible. It has been wonderful watching this practice grow from its earliest days. Even as they’ve expanded, they have maintained the same warm, personal atmosphere and exceptional level of care that made us patients in the first place. My visit to St. Johns Smile Co. left me with a wonderful impression. The office has a convenient location, easy parking, and a very cozy atmosphere inside. I especially appreciated the gentle, kind, and professional communication between the doctor and the patient. The prices are reasonable, and the treatment plans are explained clearly. My annual dental exam was done very professionally, using modern technology such as 3D scanning and X-rays. I am very happy with my visit and would definitely recommend this dental office!
Dr. Awad is top-notch! He’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. His office has the best equipment and technology, and the entire team makes you feel like you’re in great hands. Taylor did an amazing job with my cleaning and made me feel completely comfortable during the X-rays by explaining exactly what she was doing along the way. I highly recommend Dr. Awad and his team! 😁
I rarely leave reviews, but I had an excellent experience at St Johns Smile Co. Dr.Awad was very knowledgeable and professional. I needed two crowns on my upper front teeth, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Awad took his time carefully detailing and perfecting my crowns, and he was very very accommodating to every adjustment I requested. The final results were phenomenal. The crowns fit perfectly, feel great (from day 1!), and look amazing. Even though they are on my two front teeth, they look so natural that it’s very difficult (I might even argue impossible) to tell they are crowns. I also had my teeth cleaned with Meghan! She was so lovely. She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and was gentle but also extremely thorough. 10/10 experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
