Lovelace Family Dentistry Ponte Vedra

Moved to Florida 3 years ago, first dentist I went to offered a cleaning for $90 in a mail coupon by a corporate dentistry! I came from a private dentist with his own practice that I used for over 30 years, loved that guy! I will never go to a corporate dentistry again, once they got me in for the “$90” cleaning, they wouldn’t do the cleaning and gave me a detailed bill for $2000 for a deep cleaning! I asked for the definition of a deep clean and they told me anything under the gum line…. for 35 years that was a normal cleaning, dentists clean what we can’t, under the gums! I went back to NJ for the summer and went to my dentist for the cleaning, he did the cleaning and check up and I asked him, how are my teeth, he told me they are great, no problem except for a little more plaque on the upper right quadrant, my bill $95. So my search for a private family practice, which is hard to find in my area of Florida, but I found Lovelace Family Dentistry ! I tried them out, not expecting much after my experience with the corporate service, but to my surprise Lovelace Family Dentistry is a home run! Everyone from the girls at the front desk to the dental hygienists and to Dr Lovelace himself are friendly and professional! After my first visit, I fell in love, so much so that I told my wife, “ you have to try this place” she loved them! Then my son, his wife and my granddaughter, who were at a corporate office that took their insurance, I talked them into seeing Dr Lovelace, they too fell in love with this practice! I can’t say enough good things to say about them, and I give Dr Lovelace a lot of credit, he is a young guy that started his own practice from the ground up! If you are looking for a new dentist, look no farther, this is the dental practice to try and you will never look back! You really do feel like family while are there!

I had a difficult time finding a good dentist when I moved to Florida, but this place was recommended by a friend and I am so thankful! It’s a beautiful, clean, well decorated (this is important) dental office. It’s friendly and welcoming which takes the anxiety out of dental work. The staff is amazing, gentle, and kind. Dr. Lovelace is a wizard! They offer great advice, but aren’t pushy and don’t recommend anything that isn’t necessary. Along with your typical mini tooth paste and floss, they offer TaylorMade golf balls and tees to take home (such a nice touch!). Highly recommend!

This office is so kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment you walk in. Dr. Lovelace is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about his patients and the quality of his work. He always takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel comfortable during your visit. You can tell this office genuinely values patient care and treats people like family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dental office!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lovelace. I had an accident and chipped my tooth pretty badly on a Sunday, which is about the worst timing possible, and I was pretty stressed about it. He was able to see me right away and fix it, which honestly felt like a huge relief. From the moment my husband and I arrived, I felt at ease and knew I was in good hands. He has a very calm and reassuring approach, and he took the time to explain what he was doing in a way that felt clear without being overwhelming. It was obvious he knows exactly what he’s doing, and he also makes a real effort to keep you comfortable. The whole process ended up being quick and painless. The result was excellent. You would never be able to tell anything had happened, which really speaks to the level of care and attention he puts into his work, especially in an emergency situation. He’s also been my regular dentist for a while and has done multiple fillings for me. Every visit has been consistently positive, with high quality work and no issues. It makes a big difference having a dentist you can genuinely trust, and he is easily the best dentist I've ever had! It is not often you find someone this skilled who is also willing to go out of their way to help when it really matters. I am very grateful to have found him and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
