After reaching out half a year ago I was told that it was too early to make a reservation so I waited several months. Spoke with Carl. Said they could take my boat for the hurricane season. Asked me to fill out the online agreement. I did. I had my insurance add Saint Augustine Marine Center as additionally insured. Did that. Sent Carl the revised insurance. Thought we were all good for the date I discuss with him. Spent six weeks of my life sailing the boat up to Florida from Panama. We were slightly ahead of schedule, so I emailed him. No reply. Started calling every couple days and leaving messages with the only woman who ever answers their phone. It was always, “ oh honey, he is out of the office for a few minutes, let me take a message.” A week goes by and I start repeat calling. Finally I get a reply and they tell me I am not on their schedule and they have no room. Good luck finding a haul out a week before hurricane season. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else or wait until this place is under new management.

Great place to get your boat hauled out for yard work. Very large boat capability with safe and secure property. Manager Carl is very helpful and accommodating as was the rest of his staff. Highly recommend.
I recently had the opportunity to visit the Saint Augustine Marine Center, and I cannot express how impressed I am with their exceptional service. After experiencing a compromised exhaust elbow on my generator, I was in a bit of a bind. To my delight, they worked me in immediately, showing true dedication and urgency. I want to specifically commend Carl for his outstanding leadership and for streamlining the entire process. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel like part of the family rather than just another customer. When I mentioned that the repairs would take a few days due to part procurement, his understanding and personal touch truly reassured me. Thanks to Carl and the team’s professionalism and care, I felt valued throughout the process. I will definitely be returning to the Saint Augustine Marine Center for any future work we need. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of marine services!
The crew that actually did the work on our boat, 100% great guys. we had damage to our rudder n a crack in our transom. All fixed, like new. The prep n paint job,,,, fantastic job. Made our boat look brand new. Ours is a small boat, but the workers treated us very nice. Little $$ but the work done was very good. Very happy with the way our boat looked coming out.
This is the without the best boatyard i’ve ever hauled out at. If more businesses were run like this boatyard, America would be a better place. If you ever need a quick haul out, you better pray you find a place like this. The man running the place, Carl, runs a near perfect operation and is super easy to communicate and coordinate with. I will always be grateful for finding this boatyard and honestly sad I have to go back in the water. 5 stars doesn't do this place justice. Theres a lot of boatyards in the area so if you’re choosing between them, choose this one.
