We rented this venue for my son’s Rehearsal Dinner. The venue is spacious and provides many amenities. The extra sinks in the kitchen were excellent for food prep and washing up! Tables & chairs, ice, and garbage were included in the rental cost. The sunset was beautiful and could be enjoyed inside or outside! There was a large parking area, which is difficult to find in St Augustine. Also, Scott was friendly and welcoming and we were able to get all of our questions answered prior to and on the day of. He even popped by to make sure we were settling in.
The St. Augustine River is a total gem! We spent the day kayaking and exploring the river, and it was so peaceful and beautiful. The water is calm and clear, and the scenery is stunning - lots of trees, birds, and even dolphins! But the real showstopper is the sunset! Oh. My. Gosh. The views of the sun setting over the river are simply breathtaking. We snagged some amazing photos that are totally Instagram-worthy. The golden light, the reflections on the water... it's pure magic! We launched our kayaks at the St. Augustine Marina and paddled up to the Vilano Bridge. The current is pretty gentle, so it's easy to paddle upstream. One of the highlights of our trip was seeing the historic downtown St. Augustine from a different perspective. The architecture is so cool, and it's amazing to think about all the history that's happened along the river. Overall, we had an amazing time on the St. Augustine River and can't wait to go back!
It’s a nice club house. The club members were really nice and accommodating when we went to their annual oyster roast. The event was fun, delicious and well organized. We’ll be back :)
Great location, but too crowded for SAHS 45th reunion. Imagine if the 52 people who died had shown up... Another time there was an oyster roast outside and this was a perfect location.
Me and my son got to enjoy the oyster roast this past weekend and it was so awesome and my son enjoyed every min of it.
