It all started with Brittany coming to our home to share her design expertise and help us lock in the perfect solution for us. The price was fair, the service and installation phenomenal, we couldn’t ask for more. This is the second project we have done with Closet Factory, and are working on our third. Can’t wait…
We had an amazing experience from start to finish! Suzanne was our designer, and she did an incredible job creating a beautiful, functional master closet that made the most of our space. She was patient, knowledgeable, and really listened to what we wanted. Fadin handled the installation, and his workmanship was outstanding. He was professional, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. The finished closet exceeded our expectations, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Thank you both for making the process so easy and enjoyable. We absolutely love our new master closet and highly recommend Suzanne and Fadin to anyone looking for exceptional design and installation!
The installer did a FANTASTIC job with our closet!!! There was an error with the drawings he had and he worked everything out and it’s now EXACTLY as I wanted! Plus he made sure our small cat wouldn’t fall back behind some of the shelving by adding an extra piece.
Closet Factory Jacksonville gets 5 out of 5 stars from my wife and me. The sales process was easy and complete. Suzanne worked with us both at our home and remotely to fill in all the details and assure that we hadn't missed anything - e.g. the depth of the shelves. Everything from the signing and initial payment to the finished product went exactly as Suzanne said it would. The installers were great! They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable, working nearly non-stop for a day and a half to complete both our pantry and our master closet. We highly recommend Closet Factory for anyone looking at upgrading their closet spaces.
The process was seamless from the start. Sierra was our designer and she worked with us on every detail and ensuring we stayed within budget. She was awesome! Ben and Jacob were two of the nicest contractors to work with from closet factory! They did an amazing job on our master and daughter’s walk-in closet at our new home. We’re very pleased with the craftsmanship and cannot wait to move in and get ORGANIZED!!
