The staff and the Doctor are great to work with, they care about the animals and make the pet parents feel at ease during times of hard decisions. Above average fair prices. They are not trying to empty your wallets. Super affordable.

The staff at SpringLake Animal Hospital were all first rate. They got my Maggie (senior canine) in the same day with a sudden welling on her jaw. When I arrived at my appointment time they took her immediately and everyone showed great compassion helping my girl… many thanks to all the staff… ❤️
I cannot thank the team at Spring Lake Animal Hospital enough for the love, care, and compassion they gave my sweet Misty over the years. For 15 years, she was my world and because of this incredible team, I was able to share a full, beautiful life with her. From the last-minute appointments to early morning drop-offs, surgeries, and every visit in between, they treated Misty like family. And they treated me with so much kindness and support, every single time I walked through the door. Dr. White always took the time to be thorough, thoughtful, and incredibly gentle with my girl. I truly believe she is doing the work she was meant to do in this life. Kayli’s warm smile and love for Misty never failed to brighten our day. Dana was always so patient and kind, answering my many calls and questions. And Jen, Kaitlyn, Gloria, and even sweet Shooter all made an impact that I’ll never forget. I am forever grateful to this team for helping me give my baby the best life Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. – Alexus Harrell-Auger, Misty’s Mom
I have used Springlake for over 25 years. They are wonderful, caring and helpful for all your pet needs. I have never felt like they have pushed anything on us to make us do more than what was needed. I highly recommend them.
First let me say I have used this vet for many years. Over time, I saw the level of pet care decease and become more about the dollar! We took our XL bully to the vet for difficult urination. Many expensive testes and medications were ordered and we complied. One test we was told it would take 2 days to return, we didn't get the results for a week. We were told our furbaby had a cancerous mass in her bladder. After 2 months of back and forth visits, each time charging us office visits, more tests and medications, she had not improved. Everytime it was expressed the behaviors the dog had exhibited, it was dismissed by the vet and staff. My spouse did have a breakdown frustration moment and expressed his dissatisfaction with the treatment plan. Within 3 days letter we received a discharge letter from the practice. I guess freedom of speech offenses some people! Nevertheless, we were over a $1,000 in bills and still no answers. We took our dog to another vet, who determined she did in fact have bladderstones!! We tried to have this address prior by Springlake and was dismissed. The new vet determined it was NOT cancer as we was previously advised. A misdiagnosed condition perhaps, but all the time we was wasted with the expensive treatment and unnecessary medications caused damage that was irreversible to our pet. Vet care should be about the animal not the dollars. I am saddened to see vet care has come to this.
