I have had 3 out of 5 of my cats seen with Dr. Chern and they absolutely love her!!! One was for dental extractions (x3 - went very well) and the other 2 were for meet/greet/bloodwork. I am thrilled by the level of professionalism, concern, and care that I have been shown by every staff member!!! The facility is built and designed for veterinary care, is well maintained, and very clean. They have no issues with a tour of the facility they only ask that you schedule a time for that visit. For me this is important because it shows me they are transparent which builds a bridge of trust between them and the community. The prices are reasonable and comparable to big city Veterinary Hospitals. The technology they use in visits seems to be state of the art and just as important to me…Dr. Chern and the Vet Techs listen to you!!! She was very nice and easy with my babies and is extremely knowledgeable in her profession. The Receptionist are actually pleasant on the phone and at the front desk…when you walk in the happily greet you (with a smile even) and that made me feel as though I was welcome. I am so happy to have found a Dr and healthcare hospital that I can trust for my babies. I spent 9 years working at a large Veterinary hospital/pet resort in Jacksonville and I have very high levels of expectations for a Veterinarian and the Clinic I bring my babies to see and I have to say Dr. Chern and the staff at Keystone Heights Animal Hospital has met them. I look forward to bringing my other 2 babies in for their meet and greet with Dr. Chern and a very long and healthy relationship for my babies and I with Keystone Heights Animal Hospital.😻 Warmly, Momma
I have used KHAH for over 10 years, and they have always been great. Sam and my little guy Brewster have a love/hate relationship, but I think Sam is awesome! She is the one who deals with him, and I am very appreciative that she has the patience. When I had to put my Great Dane (Zues) down, Sam and the Dr made a house call for me, so I wouldn't have to transport him. It was a terrible day, but they both made it as easy as they could on me. Later that week I received a card in the mail from the office with sweet messages from the staff. That was very nice of them and made me feel like they care even after that terrible day. If there was one thing I thought they could improve, it would be prices. But after asking my friends about other vets in the area, the prices are really about the same everywhere. With that said, I think if you find a Vet that you are comfortable with, then stay with them. I feel very comfortable with Brewster going there, (especially with Sam) so I will be staying with Keystone Heights Animal Hospital. Thanks!
I brought my English Springer Spaniel Moose in for the first time and the service there from the tech and the vet was Top notch more than I ever expected. So very happy that the recommendation came in to go to that veterinary clinic. My dog's first visit. Highly recommend them.
Great service. The Vet and the staff are always friendly & helpful. I’ve been using their service for over 5 years. My animals have always gotten top care. They take time to explain what & why my animals need care and explain any procedures that are required. Top notch.
I have used Keystone Heights Animal Hospital for many years. While there are a few places that are closer to us, I really like the Drs. and staff. Everyone is friendly, thorough and understanding to our needs and questions. Thank you to Dr. Chern and Laiken during our urgent care visit for Dixie. She is doing a lot better and so am I.
