My cousin just passed away and this was an extremely hard reality for my entire family. Her last request from me was to go bowling. I gathered all of our cousins and we did just that. On one of the hardest Saturdays of my life, we attended the memorial and later gathered at Splitz. One of the Managers Heather was so polite on our call. She was professional, empathetic to our cause and was very helpful. When we arrived, Foster and Maddie stepped in and assisted. My brain was scrambling but they were very patient with me. They helped me get our large group registered at lanes, they accommodated us and catered to our needs, and they have no idea how special that was for me and my family. The facility was extremely clean, the experience was so amazing, the food was superb, the bartenders did an AMAZING job. We thank the staff at Splitz for giving us a moment to smile, laugh and escape a very hard grieving period for a few hours. I’d highly recommend this bowling alley and they will forever be remembered with my family. Thanks so much Splitz

Great place for bowling!! We didn’t play the arcade or laser tag but the whole place was very clean, and staff were friendly and happy to help whenever we had an issue. Sometimes the bowling lane gets your score wrong (ex. 2 instead of 3) but it’s easy to fix. The food is also delicious! I recommend the fries, the seasoning is amazing and they’ve got the perfect amount of crisp while still being soft on the inside.
Great place for kids and adult fun with laser tag, bowling and an arcade with easy to load card machine. Prizes are always updated and newer games with some classics too. Staff can be hit or miss but usually always pleasant and helpful
Horrible!! Tried for the 1st time a week or so ago. Expensive - and the lanes are far from operating effectively, balls get stuck...constantly asking for assistance while we were there. But most important, again, for what they charge....there are so many more opportunities to bowl in the Jacksonville area. The food is Mediocre at best and also very expensive compared to some other bowling alleys. Leadership there - or really the owners, - (the staff we found to be helpful and professional) But those who truly run this should really be ashamed of themselves. We will not be back!
Came here with a my family and their little cousins and their parents. We had 7 kids and 6 adults and we gave the kids a lane and the adults had a lane. We was not able to complete one game. I believe they need to charge for a game instead of time especially bed on the amount of people and kids do not need to be rushed. Especially with that amount of kids. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!!!!
