Splash Pools and Spas

Cannot speak to the products because I never made it in the store due to a rude phone call. I am in the market for an above ground pool and its all new to me so I figured before going in I would check information online. The website was mediocre and didnt really have much as far as information needed (like pricing) so I decided to call. The person who answered was a lady who from the start sounded like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I stated clearly I was in the market for an above ground pool and just needing price ranges to better understand if I could even afford it versus grabbing something on amazon. Then she asked what type of pool and I wanted to clarify the different in the round versus oval because the only picture on the website seemed round and amazon showed one that was rectangular so I wanted to be sure it communicated clearly since its not clear on the website. She got snarky and said "It's oval".... Yep, guess it is and its also staying on your inventory because I wont do business with someone who clearly doesnt like their job.

The employees are really sweet and very helpful. Every time I come in they're waiting to help me out this team is awesome.

Jeff and his son sold us within 15 mins being there! They are very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and answered all questions with so many options with our needs. Made it so simple quick and easy and we left feeling like this was our best big purchase yet, with a future great relationship with them to come! They even provided incredible contractors that were wonderful speaking with and assessing for installation, and with electric hookups! Their recommendations and people they work with is one stop shop!! Thank you both very much! - Jackie and Ian
