If you're thinking of buying here, stop and read this first. The furniture is fine, the prices are good, and the in-store service seemed very good (at least when it comes to making a sale). But here's the kicker: after-sales service is where you truly see the quality of a company, and if you don't want to be frustrated, don't buy here. We bought a dining set and scheduled the delivery. We were excited, bought tablecloths and new dishes, and had the space ready to assemble it as soon as it arrived. When we turned it over, we noticed a defect, so I contacted after-sales support and attached photos as proof. They said the exchange was possible and sent me a schedule to reschedule delivery a week later. I told them I had already waited, that I couldn't wait again, and that the mistake was theirs. I wasn't the one requesting the exchange, so the fair thing to do was to help expedite the process. All I got was a refusal. They missed out on a potential customer and gained an objective review that I'm sure will make you think twice before buying here.

Carlos was amazing to work with! He listen to what I was looking for, told me where I would have the best luck finding it, and let us navigate without lurking or being pushy. He was available to answer all our questions and made sure he took the floor sample sticker in case that was our selection. He made checkout quick and painless and explained the service contract thoroughly without pressure. He’s the kind of person that makes you comfortable in your purchase and knowing that you’re in good hands and with a good company, without pressure of a pushy sales person trying to reach a quota.
