This must be the place... Recently visited from the UK and this place made me fall in love with St Augustine from the moment we arrived at our nearby Airbnb. The beer selection is on point, the staff friendly and the overall vibe was right up our street! We had our two younger kids with us so we didn't get to spend as much time in here as we'd have liked to (bars are boring! 😂) but we leave St Augustine today with Spinster Abbots as a core memory of our trip... Oh and someone also has impeccable music taste as the playlist is exquisite!
We visited Spinster Abbott's yesterday for a cold brew, and it did not disappoint! We love that they serve 3rd Wave coffee with many of their coffee drinks. Spinster's is such a unique spot. There are so many interesting places to sit inside and outside, and the staff is super welcoming and easygoing. Plus, who doesn't love a photo booth. It's also fun to walk through the bodega and find all the cool treasures. I have no idea if this makes sense, but walking through the bodega is like walking through my grandma's house, if my grandma were a 25-year-old hipster. Whatever the case, I'll be back for some more espresso/latte madness, and maybe some people watching. Put it on your list!
We went to this cool bar/café multiple times during our stay in St. Augustine and fell in love with the place almost immediately. The atmosphere has a mix of garage, ’80s vibe, and beach bar feel, and everyone was super nice and welcoming. We were able to wait out a thunderstorm there with no problem — and with more beer. There should be more places like this
They have a wide variety of bagel flavors. We tried the spf and quadruple gainer. Simple but unique. Coffee taste just right for my sweet taste. Love the ambiance too. Rustic and homey.
Simply adorable concept. Support this! Kitchy and vibrant with a food truck serving Hawaiian influenced dishes and a bar featuring n/a and functional alcohol alternative drinks plus coffee and other adult beverages. Front part is a little market and gift shop in addition to a vintage cloth shop. For food we enjoyed the Kalua Pork and Kimchee Ribeye and for drinks we have the thc kombucha and an n/a untitled art pils. Great selection of glassware here too. Service was off at bar but the ambiance made up for it.
