Working with Spencer was an incredible experience from start to finish. I was under a very tight deadline, but Spencer always knew how to keep me calm and focused. She was proactive, communicated clearly, and made sure everything stayed on track without making me feel overwhelmed. I normally do not leave reviews for other Realtors, but Spencer has gone so far and beyond what normal Realtors do to help sell one of her listings that I HAD to leave a review to let her sellers and buyers know that behind the scenes, when you are not looking, she is hustling to sell your home. I am currently working outside my MLS for a personal buyer friend of mine, and Spencer took their time to make sure I had access to the home (since we use different lockboxes, not many Realtors even know for to send an outside MLS agent access) and has gone above and beyond to send me EVERY piece of documentation on the home. Every question has been answered in a timely manner, and when you are struggling to sell your home as a seller, having an agent that ACTUALLY answers their phone could be the difference between a buyer purchasing your home or moving on to the next home because not everyone has time to wait to buy. So big congrats to Spencer for taking your career, ethical obligation, and taking the time to ensure you give fast and accurate info to everyone. Very impressed!
