Rachel was excellent. She answered all of questions. She is very nice. The sales person was terrible and did not even respond to my phone calls. I will definitely want Rachel again for my next service Marcus came for a one month follow-up. He was thorough. Alex was great and addressed my concerns regarding snakes around the house outside.
Both of the employees I have had interaction with were very friendly and informative. Marcus came for our first service. He was polite and seemed very efficient. Definitely happy with the service we have received so far. 😊 Alex Perez came today, and yet again he was friendly, polite and efficient! 🙂
Today, 12/27/23, Alex Pérex performed the pest control service to our home and wanted to leave a review of how fantastic was Alex. He heard all my concerns and took care of all of them. He was thorough and took his time to do the service that I felt he did very well. He was very cordial and friendly. I felt very comfortable with the service, so I would recommend him!! ************* Rachel was excellent! Very cordial and professional and explained in detail what she was going to do around the house, which made me feel very comfortable. I inspected the house afterwards and she took care if everything! Very detailed oriented!! Thank you Rachel!!
Marcus did a great job servicing my home inside and out. He was very knowledgeable of everything pest control related and answered all of my questions leaving me very satisfied. Since he’s serviced my home I have had no issues with bug intruders and on the perimeters of my home. Thanks again Marcus.
