Gus is amazing! I had his biggest slide booked way in advance and there were several changes along the way and Gus never even hinted at a complaint. Then 2 days before the event we had our guests cancel on us for a medical emergency. I expected it was too late to cancel the slide reservation and receive a full refund, but I had to ask and Gus was so kind to give us the full refund w/o penalty. Gus, if you read this, I hope you're able to book that slide this weekend (6/20/26) and either way, thank you so much for being so amiable and kind to us! I have already referred you to my neighbors (who have used you) and I will continue to refer you to everyone I know in JAX looking for a slide!

This was my first bounce house rental and they were so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. I rented last minute and changed location two days prior, and Gus and George were very helpful in making sure delivery, set up, and pickup happened smoothly. The kids had a blast, bouncing for hours, and it made all the difference at our toddler's party. Will definitely rent from here again.
Gus went the extra mile to get a water slide to us for a kids camp. He was awesome to work with and I would recommend him for any of your inflatable needs!
Great communication, smooth setup and takedown, excellent customer service
I was hosting a birthday party and realized the day before how may children would be attending. I was referred to Gus by a competitor who didn’t operate on Sundays. The bounce house was delivered and set up, very clean, and promptly removed after the party. The whole process was super easy, and it was one less thing I had to worry about.
