Southland Realty & Management Co.

I just bought a beautiful property with the help of justis Smith and her professional realty services were outstanding. She was very honest and trustworthy, knowledgeable, very punctual and communicative. She connected me to a lot of good people to get the deal done. I have bought and sold 6 houses, and she was the best realtor I've had.

You cannot find anyone that will work harder to sell your home than Justis Smith. Open houses, advertising, phone calls, emails, showings, dealing with divorced sellers...she does it with grace and know how. I can't brag enough on how quickly she takes care of questions and concerns. She knows the Lake Area like the back of her hand too. Thanks Justis for your patience and hard work!

I absolutely love working with Justis Smith. We met at a closing and have worked together ever since. She is all about the client. She is very knowledgeable and passionate and I am looking forward to the next transaction.

Justis is 1st class, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. Her patience and persistent, no nonsense, straightforward hard working attitude is a true bonus. An honest true professional at her craft. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all your Real Estate needs.
