I love Taryn. She is an expert realtor who is honest, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I honestly thought I could sell our rental home and purchase a new one without a realtor’s assistance since I have been unimpressed with many in the past. (To give you reference- Taryn helped me purchase our 7th property and we have 4 rentals at the moment). But since we do not live locally- this seemed foolish. Taryn was recommended to us and she was perfection. She has years of experience and practical knowledge of the area, property and rental trends, and remodeling costs- just to reference a few. I appreciated her advice on what to expect when selling and what I should update for a quicker sale. Once under contract (in only a month on the market during the slower season), she aided me on finding our next property in less than a week. She was efficient! She is an expert in her trade and I look forward to working with her in the future. I recommend her without reservation.
