When I first moved out here ,they had a few things to fix , but I emailed the property manager directly and she got them resolved ,my lease has come to an end and I just want to leave an honest review , no rats or roaches , I had no water problems ,or leaking problems , the bill was questionable but I would always email them if I didn’t understand or if sumn didn’t make sense and it got corrected asap I checked out a lot of the other comments I will say emailing and going into the office is the most effective way to get stuff done . I just want to give kudos to the new property manager Danielle she did indeed made my stay an easier stay if I didn’t work across town I would honestly re new … just tour the unit you actually want to move in .and if you can’t tour it don’t sign a lease for it simple .!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! They do not fix things and they always find a way to add additional fees with no explanation! They treat these apartments like the bottom of the barrel while the other 2 have key fobs and gym access, these apartments lack in nearly EVERY ASPECT! Not my first time living out here but definitely my worst time and final time!!! DO NOT LET THEM PERSUADE YOU TO SIGN A LEASE! RUN!!
Melinda King was amazing. I came in for a tour on a Saturday and she went above and beyond to assist me! Her bright personality and elaborate explanation of the property really made me excited to apply. Give Melinda a raise because she deserves it! A complex cannot make money without tenants so the leasing agents are very important because they bring tenants to the property and process their applications. They deal with tenants every day and knows their concerns. I’m very happy to have met Melinda and I am glad she is my leasing agent. I hope to soon be a resident! Thanks again!
Put in a work order for my a/c early Monday morning. It stopped blowing cold. I was informed it was the compressor and we needed to wait for the part to come in. My a/c was working by Tuesday afternoon. The heat is so unbearable! Thank you for getting it fixed in a timely manner!!
So far the experience I had the first day to pick up my keys was smooth. Yuriko was pleasant and worked w us in terms of sending all the paperwork to my husband, my mom and myself!! Also she took us to see the apt and took notes of a few things the apt needed. Hopefully everything will be taken care of by the time my family moves. Looking forward being close to my daughters and grandkids and enjoying the pool with them
