They do not just care for our stomachs they care for our environment too. Their packaging is made from molded fiber which is biodegradable saving our environment from plastic and organic waste, cannot wait to make an order when i am in florida. imo purchasing from businesses that care for our environment is part of saving the planet.
I've been meal prepping for years to maintain my physical and overall health goals, but SoulFull has freed up my time and actually improved my nutrition without making a major impact on my finances. Their meal prep boxes are diverse and delicious, and they actually make me feel •••good••• about what I'm eating. I love how they select local, in-season foods to ensure quality and nutrients, and I've noticed a considerable difference in my energy levels. And they're dairy, gluten, and plastic-free, so I don't have to worry about tummy troubles or reheating weirdness. What I spent on weekly groceries to meal prep is comparable to their prices, and now I don't have to confine myself to the grocery store and kitchen on the weekends so I can actually enjoy Sunday Fundays 🙂
Hello Picked up my first order today 3/10 at F45 & I was so impressed by how everything first off was packaged so neat & professional, the instructions on where to pick up & how to prepare/heat meals were very simple—also first thing we ate was the orange chicken which was Delicious indeed & fresh!,We found what we needed as far as healthy food to get from time to time, Communication with Shantrell has been phenomenal!!—-The Lord God supernaturally led us to a gold mine lol!! From start to finish, every experience I’ve had with this company has been outstanding. Their food is absolutely delicious—made with care, flavor, and heart. Ordering from their website is a breeze; it’s user-friendly and efficient, making the whole process simple and stress-free. What really sets them apart, though, is their customer service. The owner went *above and beyond* for me recently when I missed a deadline for a delivery order. Despite this, they still made it happen—delivering meals to a family friend who had just lost a loved one. The owner herself made the delivery!! That kind of compassion and commitment is rare and deeply appreciated. With our friends living in Florida and us in Seattle, this our go to to send them some love from afar! Businesses like this deserve all the success in the world. I genuinely hope SoulFull Eats continues to grow and thrive for many, many years to come.
I've been amazed by SoulFULL Eats! The best part of my week is unpacking my meals and seeing what has been prepared. The variety and quality is unmatched. The meals are so easy to heat up and taste incredible. SoulFULL eats has changed my week and made meal prep so easy, all for such a reasonable price considering the quality and freshness. Also love that everything is gluten, dairy and soy free, clearly labeled with macros, and packaged in compostable packaging. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a local meal prep service that will make you feel like you have a private chef.
