The owner of the company was our representative and was the hands-on facilitator of the project. He was genuinely concerned about three things. He was equally concerned about the quality of work, our absolute satisfaction, and full representation of solid character across the entire organization. He was personally connected with us and kept us informed about every detail of the project as it unfolded. From the forman to the crew, we could see that character through their personalities and work. getting our new metal roof and a few other things completed was the highlight of preparing our new home.
I had a wonderful experience with Solid Rock Roofing. Roof looks great. They were fast, easy to work with & cleaned up throughly outside.
Solid Rock Roofing exceeded my expectations with my new roof. Not only did I get a new roof, my chimney surround was rebuilt, a new chimney cap was fabricated…the owner was able to coordinate exterior painting and new gutters were installed. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Communication throughout the process was open and easy. Grass doesn’t grow under this company… everything was scheduled like clockwork… only the rain postponed things! 7 days from roof to gutters for completion!
We are very pleased with our new roof. Brad was easy to talk to and met all our expectations. The crew was efficient and professional. We had two other estimates but knew as soon as we met Brad that your company was the right choice. Our first impressions were confirmed throughout the job. Thank you for a job done based on honesty and integrity. We will be happy to recommend you when we have the opportunity to do so.
Reliable and great communication. Very efficient and went over all the steps and the process with me while installing and I am so happy with the results. Thank you so much!!!!!
