Carlos was amazing throughout the entire apartment leasing process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our questions. He made everything simple and stress-free, keeping us informed every step of the way. His professionalism and friendly attitude made a huge difference, and we truly appreciate all the time and effort he put into helping us find and secure our apartment. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Carlos to anyone looking for someone reliable and dedicated!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Sola South. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and the amenities are outstanding. I especially enjoy the resort style pool, the fitness center, and the clubhouse with its pool table—it’s a great place to relax and spend time with friends. What truly makes Sola South stand out is the staff. I’d like to give a special thank you to Morgan, Carlos, and the wonderful Filipino team member. I can’t recall her name, but she has been incredibly kind, professional, and always helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. She goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and I really appreciate her dedication. It’s rare to find a community with both great amenities and a staff that truly cares about its residents. I’m proud to call Sola South home, and I definitely plan on being a long-term resident.

I lived in this apartment complex for a little over a year, and unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. From the start, I was pressured to sign my lease before seeing the unit, and once moved in, it was filthy. The floors were grimy, and the entire apartment had been neglected; I had to clean it top to bottom myself. The floorboards were warped, separated and dirty, never repaired despite repeated requests. After much back-and-forth, they finally sent someone to at least clean the floors, but it only made it worse because the glue continued to seep through the boards. The washer and dryer had very low capacity, limited settings, and the dryer broke down multiple times due to water seeping in through the outside vent when it would rain. The AC failed repeatedly, and the pest infestation—especially roaches—was constant, despite multiple treatments. Noise from upstairs was unbearable; the walls and floors are very thin and poorly insulated, amplifying every sound from the neighbors. Despite providing documented proof of the constant noise and disruption from upstairs, the office staff neglected to further address that issue, which made it even worse because I work from home and could hardly concentrate. The residents were incredibly racist and inconsiderate, especially with their pets; they constantly let them relieve themselves at my back door (1st floor), but management never enforced the rules. Despite the requirement of the $85 DNA samples from pets. There was poop everywhere left behind by residents even on the sidewalks. The valet trash service was inconsistent and petty, and parking was horrible—there was hardly ever a spot, despite the building being half vacant. The gates broke multiple times and the fob is trash. The courtesy officer was a joke; despite calling repeatedly, they never showed up. My stove caught fire twice because of faulty wires, before they replaced it; the sink was badly rusted and calcified, and they refused to replace it, causing my kitchen to flood. For a period, the fire alarms kept going off almost every week. There is also a snake and rat problem on the property. My base rent was approximately $1573 yet I was paying about $1751 a month after all of the fees. The office staff were weird and passive-aggressive. The manager Courtney made time to email me accusing me of yelling at someone when I wasn’t even home and had no proof of such occurrence. But wouldn’t make to time actually manage the property. I hope corporate audits this property and the staff. I do not recommend this place—stay away if you can, and if not, I wish you a better experience than my own. Hopefully the property doesn’t delete this review.

Agatha has been absolutely AMAZING!!! She was very communicative, understanding, & knowledgeable. I rarely had any questions to ask because she was already prepared. Whenever I called and Agatha was scheduled out of the office, the rest of the team were also very helpful. The property manager was considerate & approved anything that was needed efficiently. I enjoyed working with Agatha she truly made my move in process a wonderful and stress free experience!!!!!!
