I had a small bathroom repair that needed fixing, but did not have time and could not repair it myself. Hunter was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the work in detail. Unfortunately during the repair, the pipe cracked. He quickly explained the concern and repaired it better than the contractor that originally build the house. :-) I had a kitchen faucet head that was not spraying correctly. He suggested I reach out directly to the manufacturer and they may be able to replace the part for free. I quickly jumped on the manufacturer website and they ordered a replacement free of charge. Hunter made some good suggestions that we may need in the future. Super helpful and great positive attitude! I wish I could review my service tech separately from the overall price. The price to install faucet and 2 valves was very high.
Julio Palmou and his assistant Aleksis Gonzalez were excellent and very courteous and professional. They went above and beyond and fixed the pipes and plumbing issues and leaks as well by making a trip to the hardware store for parts. They did not hurry but put extra effort and time to do a thorough job. I was very lucky and blessed to have them as my installers. Thank You both!
The guy was very professional and courteous however I think I was over priced. I googled the part I needed. It was a capacitor and it run anywhere from $15-45 . They didn’t clean any of my coils but he did blow out the water line. I’m positive I was overcharged for the labor because he didn’t do anything else. Freon level was fine I know this because I sat and watched him do everything. These companies are overcharging people to do a 15 minute job. I was charged $350 and only thing he done was install a $45 capacitor. I would like to talk to the manager of this company because this is hwy robbery
Joe did great. Compressor went and he came out in this 100° heat to fix us up. It was less than 30mins for a call back. He came on time as per the scheduled visit. He was nice and patient and explained what he was doing as he was looking and fixing. He answered all my questions, and was understanding and respectful of my finances. He gave me options for future work as well. Great work.
Assured us unit would fit our closet space. It didn't. Now, we're left with unit sticking outside closet, the door removed so they could work won't fit back on without construction add-on, and the unit itself has an AC filter so difficult to replace, we have to lie down on the floor like we're changing the oil filter in a car, and prop the flap in which it goes, open, to get replacement filters in slot. We've played phone tag, and Schneider just shrugs. We got an estimate from a handiman for $900 to build out the frame and replace the door he'll have to modify so the unit can suck air from the door bottom. Also, took installers 3 hours longer to install than time estimated by salesman. Finally, installers relocated the digital thermostat from the office, where it worked reliably, to the kitchen, so now, when we're cooking, the AC reads the higher temperature, and kicks in to compensate costing us more, not less, in our electric bills. We're extremely displeased with Snyder, Buckhalter, or whatever they're called, and will take our business elsewhere in future. We can't say enough bad about them. We paid $14,000 for THIS.
