Skate Station Funworks of Orange Park

Paid for all inclusive but as soon as the girls wanted to rock climb I waited patiently for a staff memeber to help. I was told by a worker that they would get harnesses. They never returned. When asking for a refund the manager lied and said it was newly added. All the staff ( four of the six) were sitting on the floor doing absolutely nothing. Im sorry but to pay an extra 7 dollars to play on a McDonalds play ground is ridiculous. If you have the staff to run the establishment then make them actually work instead of lying to your customers.

I just wanted to give a quick shout out to the wonderful staff. We came in this past Saturday for lessons at 10 with my son and a couple of his friends. One of the wheels came off of my son's green skates while he was in the rink. I didn't know how to fix it or have tools to even try. He was able to take his broken skate to a couple different staff members and was eventually able to get it fixed and get back out onto the rink. While they worked on his skate he was able to use a pair of skates provided to him by a staff member. I'm so thankful for the assistance from every one that helped my son. He absolutely loves those skates! Everyone is always so welcoming, friendly and helpful every Saturday we're able to make it for lessons.

The three stars is for the staff ONLY. The cost of entry and the condition of the entire facility does not justify the price. I have been here twice and have left disappointed each time. Most of the arcade games are either broken or steal your money. The staff are accommodating for reimbursement. The rental skates are in terrible condition. The skating floor itself is in desperate need for of being resurfaced and the charge for the "skate mate" is ridiculous. I'm not sure who owns this establishment but they need to step their game up and renovate this rink. To have such friendly and hard working staff only for them to manage outdated equipment is a disservice to both their employees and the customer. Skate Station had the potential to be an amazing Family Entertainment provider, invest the money to make that a reality.

I love this place!! Skate station has a great environment for all ages. Their birthday parties are reasonably priced and the staff and party hosts are always amazing! Planning our birthday party was super easy and extremely enjoyable. The food from the snack bar was fresh and delicious. The music was appropriately based on the majority age group in the building, which is always greatly appreciated. It was nice to see such a big floor and all the different attractions and arcade games. me and my family will be back very soon.
