I had a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. They helped me find exactly what I needed and offered helpful advice for my grass.
Nice folks. 18-wheeler deliveries use first driveway and go counter-clockwise around the building. Portable ramp at opposite corner. Pull past it and head back toward the road. They'll probably push the ramp to you. I came from the south so I took i95 north to bay meadows. Left lane. Stay in left lane until light at Phillips hwy. 2left turn lanes so use the right one. Stay in right lane. T/R into the driveway before the building and make a 180° counter-clockwise around the building. Unload by portable ramp while facing the exit.
They have a lot of product and most of it is available. The only issue you will have with this place is sometimes you can go in there and get what you need and leave, other times you will literally stand in front of somebody who is doing nothing and they will not acknowledge you at all. You have no idea if you're going to be waiting a a few seconds to get serviced or 20 minutes and they're not interested in letting you know either.
SiteOne is the place for all of your landscape supplies. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable on all landscape materials and have everything you need to complete any landscape project. They also carry hardscape supplies as well as lighting. Fertilizers, systemic and herbicides. Mr Tom is your chemical guy he knows everything you will need to have the most beautiful lawn.
Today my husband Bill and I visited SiteOne in Orange Park and they were phenomenal! Matthew and Trevor were beyond helpful. True professional who went above and beyond to help us out today. Thank you! We will certainly be back even though we are in St. Augustine!
