This is genuinely the best office that I’ve been to. Staff were very kind, and the environment is very peaceful. Dr. Jennilee Rebarber is professional, kind, efficient, and provides excellent care!
The doctor was excellent and very professional. However, the customer service was disappointing. The receptionists were not friendly or helpful, and their attitude made the overall experience unpleasant. I hope they improve the front desk service because it does not reflect the quality of the doctor.
Upon arriving at the front office receptionist area, I was greeted with enthusiasm and given directions to the Sight health area.The Optometrist and staff were exceptionally professional and ready to assist me. The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and professional. The only suggestion I can offer is a better indicator of where suite 3 was so the next person(s) can avoid delay as I did going up and down the elevator that I didn't need to travel. Otherwise it was a great experience for me! 😀
