Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff is amazing and walks you through the process every step of the way. I never realized how much I would enjoy my new life without glasses until I had my LASIK done. I cannot say enough great things about this team and their level of care!

I went to several eye specialist before making my decision. They were by far the most professional and thorough. They allowed me to test drive monovision to make sure that is what I wanted before booking my surgery. I loved that the doctor got the final write off on my approval it wasn't rushed decision. Dr. Chocksi was very patient and professional with me. I was extremely nervous and the entire staff calmed me and talked me through everything. I highly recommend them if you are thinking about Lasik.

I strongly advise others to reconsider using this office. Communication has been frustrating from the start — staff members come across as dismissive, and I often had to repeat myself multiple times during phone calls just to be understood. I underwent two separate exams, yet my prescription still does not feel accurate. Despite that, they require multiple follow-up visits throughout the year. Unfortunately, after experiencing several unexpected personal hardships that required me to reschedule appointments, I was later informed that I would be charged $400 because I was supposedly outside of their “annual window.” There was no flexibility, compassion, or willingness to work with me given the circumstances. The entire experience felt more focused on billing than patient care. I would not recommend this office to others.
