I've been seeing Dr. Karly Shreders for EMDR treatment for cPTSD since February. She's been greatly encouraging and supportive. I feel safe and I'm making progress I couldn't even dream of before. The billing and scheduling is automatic and smooth. The only thing to pay attention to is that their offices are in two separate buildings. The business plaza location can catch you off guard driving down on a long long busy boulevard, so look for the blue sign in the photo.

I have been seeing Karly since January, 2026 for EMDR treatment. I have been in and out of cognitive/talking therapy my entire adult life. I was at the point that I knew and understood my recurring issues from a “head”/cognitive perspective but I continued to struggle with connecting my head knowledge with my heart/soul self. That may sound odd but when you know, you know. I really wanted to explore somatic therapy and releasing younger self/past “trauma” (whether that’s a small t or large T) from an emotional level. Karly explained the plan of care to me and I have seen her remotely for these treatments. I have observed an unbelievable change in my internal triggers and responses over the last 6 months. I have been beyond excited and satisfied with my progress and feel it’s made deep, lasting improvements in my overall mental health. I feel for the first time ever, my head and my heart are more deeply connected and are supporting me during my daily living and for my personal triggers. Thank you, Karly, for your help, dedication and patience! I highly recommend her for anyone looking for this modality treatment!

I have been going to this office for over a year and it is a great office. I see Karly and i have met one of the other therapist. They work with you and you can explain and say what every you need to. I highly recommend this office.

I am not one to ever do reviews but I had to after this experience. The owner of this business is absolutely horrible with customer service. She has been trying to charge me 40 dollars for an appointment I never had. When I asked her to explain she couldn’t explain it. I left this business almost a year ago and yet my bank tells me she still keeps trying to charge it including today. If the business is hurting for 40 dollars that bad to where she keeps trying to charge me 40 dollars a year later, there is a reason for it. The horrible customer service leads to not enough clients. Beware of starting business with this company as the owner will charge you for no reason and won’t refund your money leading to your bank having to do it.
