Shipley’s Fine Jewelry

They fixed a number of watches for me; here are 2 examples: a vintage Tiffany and a pink gold Bulova that was fried. These had been fixed previously and almost immediately stopped working. Also check out the stunning Italian umbrellas- the question is……which one? And then look at the absolutely beautiful decanters…so special! Very pleased that we have this great jeweler in Fleming Island!

Cannot recommend Shipley’s enough!! They are the best!! Their customer service is above and beyond. They made my ring dreams come true with a custom design and when I needed my ring sized they got it done so fast. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Working with the team at Shipley's was one of the most unexpectedly enjoyable and satisfying retail experiences I can recall. I brought them a special stone and hoped they could advise me on developing a custom piece of jewelry for it. Scott spent a great deal of time with me, helped me explore a multitude of options, and educated me not only about their custom creation process, but also about metallurgy and gemology. When I determined the path I would take, Scott made available other staff members to offer suggestions and opinions; one member of his team happened to be a specialist in the jewelry class I was pursuing! I was hopeful to get the finished product sooner than the standard two weeks they offer, and Scott was generous about this, too. He even worked a little late one evening to meet my deadline. All this, and I haven't even mentioned how pleased we were with the final product! Scott and his team used a unique and special stone that I brought in and built a one-of-a-kind necklace that was a stunning gift. I am grateful to the team at Shipley's and I can't imagine using a different jewelry store from this point on!
