The Perfect Pebble

The Perfect Pebble is truly the reason our wedding day ran flawlessly. Brandi was absolutely incredible from helping work through all my logistics questions to even texting me back at 9pm with brainstorming ideas leading up to the wedding- she was always there to help! The day of the wedding she and her assistant, Stephanie, were hard at work coordinating all of our vendors, shifting florals to be centered, re-draping chandeliers, fixing my seating chart, and more to make me sure and my mom were able to enjoy and soak in all the joy of the day instead of being stressed about every detail. Brandi has invaluable experience from previously being a manager our venue, the Azaleana Manor, and I could not imagine having anyone else there to coordinate our day. Her passion and her love for LOVE shines through with everything she does. 20/10 could not recommend hiring her enough!

From the first moment I met Brandi while touring Azaleana Manor, I knew I needed her and the Perfect Pebble as my wedding planner. She answered every question I had before I even asked them (because we were of the same wavelength!) and she helped my husband and I throughout every step of the planning process. You can feel their genuine happiness and desire to help (even Kelli, who wasn't even my official planner!) as you get closer and closer to wedding day. Their Full Service Wedding Package is worth every single penny. My mom and I love to DIY so we made our own table numbers, seating chart, and DIY photobooth and it blended so perfectly with the rental decor included with our package. What really made me happy was the fact that chargers, candles, and gold cutlery were part of their planning package which helped fulfill my vision. Not only that, Brandi is just so on top of everything and really listened to our needs when it came to planning the reception and cocktail hour. There will always be little hiccups and hurdles when planning a wedding, but Brandi makes the stress and anxiety melt away with her years of expertise. As a type A bride, I absolutely love and adore them and wish I can get married a bunch more times (to my one and only husband) so I can keep planning very grand events with them haha. Also, when I told Brandi I wanted a fairytale/cottagecore wedding and serpentine tables, she and I just CLICKED and the vibes were immaculate. Oh, and even better, my Type A brain was turned OFF the entire wedding day and, to my eyes, everything happened flawlessly. Brandi and her team really made sure that the behind the scenes hiccups are literally invisible to the bride and groom.

One of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding plans was hiring Kellie White with the Perfect Pebble! As our wedding date approached we realized we needed a professional to guide us so we could fully enjoy our special day. Kellie took the wheel and managed the nitty gritty details so we didn't have to. She provided excellent recommendations while allowing our vision to come to life. She and her other team member, Nichole, ensured our wedding day went seamlessly and coordinated the timeline and cues with all of the vendors. We cannot express enough how extremely pleased and grateful we were to work with them. They were incredibly attentive and professional, and saved us from a few "whoops" moments. And I am SOOO glad they were there to help zip up my stubborn dress! :) Kellie was super responsive, kind, fun, and such a delight to work with. She is the kind of person you just want to be friends with and makes you feel at ease. Hands down, we HIGHLY recommend Kellie White with the Perfect Pebble!!!
