Great Sushi - Great Service - 10+ years consistent. We went here this weekend for my wife’s bday and it was as great as ever. It’s fantastic, fresh sushi for an unpretentious price. Don’t let the social media plague trick you into spending $300 on a sushi dinner for 2, come here. Most of their business has gone to take out, door dash, etc. A few years ago you couldn’t get a table in here and it’s still as great as ever. The service is warm, attentive and the sushi is top notch. You won’t get the imposter $500 Omakase experience here but you will get delicious, well-made food for a fair price. Maybe the décor is reminiscent of the 20teens but I’d rather take that than a restaurant that thinks it’s too good to serve well-cared for food to guests because they have social media clout. Get in the car, sit in the dining room (or private rooms that seat up to 10, where the seating pit is around the table) get the hot sake and grab a sushi boat with your date or some friends. You will regret nothing!
We ordered DoorDash. We only received 2 salads and one sushi order. I angrily called them and overreacted a bit for sure. However.... not only did someone from the restaurant deliver the rest of our order, I'm pretty sure they re cooked it all because it was all fresh and delicious. Major major props to them for putting up with my tantrum from being hangry and fixing the mistake with such respect and courtesy!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Also, best sushi in town period!
Reasonably priced maki lunch. Would like to choose rolls from other lists, like shrimp tempura roll, etc. but the rolls I selected were very tasty otherwise. Would definitely go back just for the tempura white fish roll. Yum.
Lovely food and the selection is amazing!! The price is perfect because the sushi is totally worth it!! The customer service was great! She was attentive and always knew when to come to the table and check on us! Definitely going back again!
We settled on this restaurant because it was nearby and we wanted a light dinner. The restaurant was actually much larger than we expected but it was relatively empty. The sushi was fine but not outstanding. The tuna tataki tasted better after dipping it in soy sauce as I found the ponzu sauce too bland.
