Due to job transfer relocations, which there have been many, Sharon Friedes is one of the best realtors we have worked with. She is very professional but at the same time very personable. Sharon listens intently to her clients needs and wants. She is very competent in suggesting different areas to search in for closeness to work or family and friends. Also, in the style of home that you are looking for. If you are from out of state, she adjusts her schedule to meet yours for viewings. We only purchased a home, but if it comes to selling our home, we definitely will have Sharon as our realtor. Paul and Ann-Marie St. Jean

As a newcomer to the area, I can’t say enough about how Sharon was kind enough to not just discuss real estate, but shared her insights regarding Jacksonville. From restaurants to festivals, she went well beyond my expectations by demonstrating that personal touch is alive and well. It was a boutique service that was not clinical but needs -based. Sharon cared about me and came across both personal and professional. That was refreshing.
Sharon is the absolute best!! I cannot speak more highly of her. My husband and I met with Sharon to discuss selling our home and we felt so confident after talking with her because we knew we were in great hands. Sharon went above and beyond to help make this process easy and stress free for us. We are incredibly grateful for all that she has done. We 1000% recommend her to everyone!!
Thank you Mrs. Sharon, I was skeptical at first but Oh did God surprise me with a blessing, she went above and beyond to help me and my family find the best house on the market. I can honestly say she deserves 10 Stars, best realtor I’ve ever had and hopefully I get to purchase a home with her. If you’re looking for someone to get you a house in a lovely neighborhood she is TOP TEIR. Can’t express my gratitude more. I was about to be homeless but thanks to her I got my place in a week now. So if you see her name on a property I highly recommend you rent with 904 Realtors, they actually care!
As real and honest as any A1 realtor should. Sharon is so reliable and thoughtful, she made the process of selling our home as if we done it multiple times. My upmost recommendation for anyone looking to purchase or sell a home
